Futari H does involve sex, that's true, but that's because it focusses on a newlywed couple, who are both trying to figure it out. It's very well done and romantic to boot.
Just because something involves sex doesn't mean it's porn.

I felt Saikano was very contrived while Kanon was worth a watch. I'm definitely not the world's biggest fan of the genre so my opinion of Kanon should be held in that regard!
But as far as romance anime goes, I think KOR is a lot better than most - even if it's a damn chick flick (old ArsA argument
) oh that and Maison Ikkoku (love the music too).

as for I My Me Strawbberry Eggs - it's romantic in a sence that it involves a guy who's older than the girl . . . but you'll have a good laugh while watching it . . . info : dont know if this is true but a friend of mine said a second season is on the works already...if its true, cant wait to watch the contents

That would indeed be very cool if such a thing is true.
That probable 2nd season is on my wishlist, but alas, from all the sources I've looked up there aren't even a hint of a rumor that it is in production. But yeah, it'd be cool if they actually did it. It wouldn't surprise me if they did it, since they ended it off with an opening for a potential 2nd season or possible spinoff.
